Delivery Information
- Delivery costs – We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on all our puzzles!
- Where we ship – We currently deliver to addresses across the UK only. (We’re working to offer international shipping in the future).
- Dispatch times – Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery times – Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. You’ll receive an order confirmation email, and then another when your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your puzzle, so if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
- Return window – You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused, sealed puzzles in their original packaging.
- How to return – Simply contact us for return instructions. You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, in which case we’ll arrange everything at no cost to you.
- Refunds – Once we receive your return in resaleable condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within a few days.
